High voltage test-bay of the Siemens transformator factory

The high voltage test-bay is situated in a building from the early 1950s, the first bigger industrial building in Dresden after WW II. Concerning the size and the emptyness of the hall, there is not much resonance. There's a special deadening for the region of 100 Hz.

The size of the hall is 20,70 * 22,50 m, the height about 20m. In the corner on the bottom left there's a transformator that can't be moved, on the top left there are capacitors that can't be moved either. The dotted lines show a railway track that serves to move the transformators in the hall. The audience will enter through the small door on the right bottom.
